Baby Naming Ceremony

Celebrating a new arrival and introducing him/her to friends and family is an important ritual. A baby naming ceremony right here in Greater Manchester is a great way to do just that and it is becoming an increasing popular way for families to say hello to a new member.

You can hold the happy event anywhere you wish, at home, at a venue with a function room, your favourite restaurant, a tea room – it’s up to you.  There is nothing to stop you having your ceremony  in a woodland or on a beach – it’s entirely your choice.

If you still like the idea of having God parents you can still do so.  It’s easy to appoint people to have a special role in your child’s life.  They could be known as godparents, good parents or mentors. Or, you can give them your own title, it’s your choice.

We will have an initial meeting to discuss your personal beliefs and lifestyle.  We will chat about which symbolic elements you would like to include in the ceremony.  

Together we will find the most appropriate wording for you. It’s your ceremony and so you can have exactly what you want.
